Key Responsibilities:

• Define and develop the visual identity for Startup minds and future partner brands.
• Design compelling assets such as branding materials, social media creatives, investor decks, presentations, digital ads, brochures, and website visuals.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure visual strategy aligns with business goals.
• Set up brand guidelines, templates, and scalable design systems.
• Lead all creative direction and establish quality standards for design.
• Take initiative in setting up internal processes and tools for efficient creative workflow.
• Manage multiple design projects independently and deliver on tight timelines.
• Stay ahead of trends and emerging tools to keep our brand fresh and relevant.

Qualification:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field required.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
• Excellent visual storytelling, attention to detail, and time management.
• Experience in working with startups, agencies, or fast-paced environments preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across formats.
