Inventory Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager with an accounts background to oversee inventory operations and ensure alignment with financial records. This hybrid role involves managing stock levels, streamlining inventory processes, and assisting with financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits related to inventory.

Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management:

• Monitor, manage, and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Implement best practices for inventory tracking, warehousing, and stock management.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and report variances.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to forecast inventory needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory management with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in inventory and accounting software (e.g.,Zoho, QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Work Environment:

• Office and warehouse-based role; require physical inventory checks.
• Fast-paced environment with cross-functional team interaction.

Languages Required: Bengali, Hindi & English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,488.71 - ₹18,000.00 per month
