Inventory Manager

As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing inventory levels to ensure accurate stock records. Your main tasks will include implementing efficient inventory management processes to reduce discrepancies and optimize stock turnover. Collaborating with the procurement team to manage supply chain processes will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will need to conduct regular audits and stock checks to ensure data accuracy and use inventory management software to maintain detailed records of stock levels, deliveries, and returns. Furthermore, you will be required to train and supervise junior staff involved in inventory management. To be successful in this role, you should have 3-4 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems is essential, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills, along with good communication and leadership abilities, are also required.
