About the Role:

Muraad Jewels Jaipur is looking for a dynamic and responsible professional to join our team for Client Handling and Social Media Support. You’ll be the face of the brand while managing walk-in and online clients, as well as supporting our digital presence on platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact and build relationships with walk-in and online clients.
• Maintain client records and follow-ups via WhatsApp & calls.
• Assist in taking product queries and order updates.
• Handle basic social media tasks like posting stories/reels and replying to DMs.
• Coordinate with the content and design team for shoot and posting schedules.
• Assist in showroom tasks when required.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and customer handling
• Organised, proactive, and team player
• Fluent in Hindi and basic English
