Job Description

As an ERPNext Implementation Specialist, your responsibilities will include: - Installing and configuring ERPNext on cloud VPS. - Mapping and digitising various workflows such as paper-cutting, paper-folding, kitting, shop-floor scanning, QC, packing, and dispatch. - Setting up barcode/QR fields, label print formats, and mobile scanning interface. - Creating user roles and workspaces tailored for non-technical operators with Hindi/English labels. - Migrating master data of 500 SKUs and opening stock. - Conducting training sessions for over 50 shop-floor staff and supervisors, delivering pictorial Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Providing one month of go-live support and basic documentation. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Proven experience in ERPNext/Frappe deployment with a minimum of 2 full projects in the manufacturing industry. - Proficiency in Python and JS for developing small server/client scripts, along with basic Linux administration skills. - Expertise in barcode integration and simplification of shop-floor user interface. - Working knowledge of Indian GST, inventory valuation, and batch/lot tracking. - Excellent communication skills to effectively train shop-floor staff using simple language.
