Position Overview: We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee our inventory operations. The Store Manager will be accountable for receiving materials from vendors, conducting quality checks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely issuance of materials as per production requirements. The role requires proactive tracking of inventory, raising purchase requests when stock is low, and presenting clear reports to management. Key Responsibilities Material Receipt & QC Receive incoming material deliveries from vendors. Conduct or coordinate quality checks (QC) to ensure specifications are met. Document and record all receipts with proper verification. Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock records (physical and digital). Monitor material usage and balance stock levels. Issue materials to production teams as per request and maintain accountability. Ordering & Vendor Coordination Raise purchase requests when stock falls below minimum threshold. Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of required materials. Ensure no disruption in production due to material shortage. Reporting & Accountability Generate daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports. Highlight shortages, damages, or discrepancies. Maintain full accountability of goods stored, issued, or returned.
