Inventory Manager

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures. This includes inspecting the stock to identify shortages and ensuring that product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers. You will also be recording daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory, using software (FOCUS) to monitor demand, and documenting characteristics of inventory. In this role, you will be placing orders to replenish stock while avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus. Analyzing data to anticipate future needs and evaluating suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure that business goals are met and report to upper management on stock levels and issues. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Bengaluru, Karnataka before starting work is required.
