Job Summary: The Production Floor Supervisor oversees daily operations on the production floor, ensuring manufacturing goals are met in terms of safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency. This role involves leading and motivating production staff, enforcing company policies, and continuously improving processes to meet production targets and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, coordinate, and lead production team members on the floor. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
