Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Illustrator with at least 2 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing graphics and illustrations for print, digital, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality graphic designs for branding, marketing materials, packaging, and digital content.
• Develop original illustrations, icons, and character designs as per project requirements.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create engaging visual campaigns.
• Design content for social media, websites, product catalogs, and promotional materials.
• Adapt and refine existing designs based on feedback.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a graphic designer or illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both design and illustration work.
• Proficiency in Coreldraw, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Good understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design tools (Figma, XD) preferred.
• Basic photography or video editing skills are advantageous.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience and skills.
