Graphic Designer/Illustrator

As a Senior Team Member, Communications Graphic Design at our company, your role will involve composing communication material (Graphic Designs) for training material, knowledge products, and campaigns using diverse media. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and produce creative communication material for projects, campaigns, and social media. - Develop layouts, infographics, and digital assets for reports, training content, and presentations. - Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs. - Support the Communications team in conceptualizing and executing awareness campaigns. - Manage design-related requirements for both digital and print media. **Qualifications:** - Masters degree (or equivalent) in Arts from an Art Department of a recognized university. You will be the ideal candidate if you are self-motivated, innovative, and passionate about design for social impact. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design or communications is required for this role. In terms of skills and competencies, you should possess strong visual and creative design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). Additionally, an excellent command of English with good communication and presentation skills, a strong understanding of social media platforms and digital tools, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position.
