Position: Senior Team Member, Communications – Graphic Design

Location: Gurgaon, India

Role:

Composing communication material (Graphic Designs) for training material, knowledge products and campaigns using diverse media.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Communications team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing visually engaging content and composing communication materials for training modules, knowledge products, and campaign initiatives using diverse media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce creative communication material for projects, campaigns, and social media.
• Develop layouts, infographics, and digital assets for reports, training content, and presentations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.
• Support the Communications team in conceptualizing and executing awareness campaigns.
• Manage design-related requirements for both digital and print media.

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, innovative, and passionate about design for social impact.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Arts from an Art Department of a recognized university.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design or communications.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong visual and creative design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Excellent command of English with good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
