Inventory Manager

We are a leading manufacturer of sweets and North Indian food items, operating both a factory and multiple outlets. Our mission is to deliver high-quality and authentic products to our customers. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and streamline inventory operations, ensuring accuracy and accountability across all processes. Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and real-time records of all incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products. Implement and oversee a system for daily inventory tracking, ensuring data integrity and transparency. Raw Material Allocation: Distribute raw materials to the respective production teams based on daily and weekly requirements. Maintain detailed records of materials issued, including quantities and recipient teams. Stock Monitoring: Regularly check inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages or overstocking. Coordinate with the procurement team for timely restocking of essential raw materials. Process Oversight: Ensure that raw materials are used efficiently by monitoring their allocation and usage. Verify that finished products are accurately recorded and prepared for dispatch. Reporting & Analysis: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory levels, usage patterns, and discrepancies. Identify and address any discrepancies in stock records promptly. Collaboration & Compliance: Work closely with procurement, production, and quality control teams to ensure smooth inventory operations. Ensure all inventory processes comply with company policies and quality standards. Qualifications: Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG sector. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and basic MS Office tools (Excel, Word). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Key Attributes: High level of accountability and responsibility.
