We are looking for a detail-oriented and diligent Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and testing the quality of products or materials to ensure they meet specified standards. This role is critical to maintaining the highest levels of product quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Use measuring tools, gauges, and test equipment to check dimensions and tolerances. Identify and report defects or non-conformities and recommend corrective actions. Maintain detailed records of inspections and test results. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest ways to enhance product quality and efficiency. Requirements: High school diploma, ITI, or equivalent; additional technical certification in quality inspection or engineering is a plus. Proven experience in a quality control or inspection role (preferred). Familiarity with measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) and basic quality tools. Good understanding of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and manufacturing processes. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
