Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse, production, and marketplaces. Track raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Conduct regular stock audits to ensure records match physical stock. Update product availability on Shopify and other marketplaces. Coordinate with vendors and artisans for timely stock replenishment. Daily Operations Process daily orders: printing labels, packaging coordination, and handover to couriers. Manage order dispatch timelines and track shipments until delivery. Coordinate COD remittance tracking and prepaid payment reconciliation. Ensure smooth functioning of returns & exchanges, updating stock accordingly. Maintain MIS reports for sales, stock, and operations. Coordination & Communication Liaise with production, accounts, and marketing teams for operational updates. Communicate with courier partners for pickups, delivery issues, and claims. Assist management in improving operational processes for efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred). 1–3 years of experience in inventory or operations management (e-commerce experience preferred). Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of Shopify is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills. Good communication skills in Hindi & English. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
