We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Stock Manager to oversee day-to-day inward and outward movement of stock, maintain accurate inventory records, and manage stock reconciliation using accounting software such as Tally or Busy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Record daily inward and outward stock transactions in the inventory and accounting systems. 2. Maintain updated and accurate stock records in Tally / Busy. 3. Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile with system data. 4. Generate daily/weekly/monthly stock and valuation reports. 5. Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and operations for stock movements. 6. Identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, or accounts handling. 2. Proficiency in Tally / Busy software and MS Excel/Google Sheets. 3. Basic accounting knowledge (purchase, sales, and stock valuation). 4. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and record-keeping skills. 5. Good communication and coordination abilities.
