Inventory Manager

Company:

• Devise and implement effective inventory control procedures to prevent stock shortages, surpluses, losses, or damage.
• Use ERP and inventory management systems to monitor stock levels, track inventory movements, and maintain accurate, real-time records.

Forecasting & Planning

• Analyse operational data and UAV deployment trends to forecast inventory requirements.
• Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to support uninterrupted field operations.

Supplier & Vendor Coordination

• Liaise with suppliers and OEMs to ensure timely procurement of UAVs, components, and consumables.
• Negotiate cost-effective deals and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and service compliance.

Warehouse & Logistics Operations

• Oversee warehouse and stockroom operations, including organization, labelling, and storage of UAV equipment.
• Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment in line with JSWs safety protocols.

Auditing & Reporting

• Conduct regular physical inventory audits and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies and update records.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on inventory status, usage, turnover, and cost optimization to senior management.

Team Leadership

• Hire, train, and supervise inventory and warehouse staff.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all UAV assets comply with DGCA regulations and JSWs internal governance standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for audits, insurance, and regulatory inspections.
