Job Title: Inventory Manager Department: Procurement & Inventory Management / Operations Company: Matrix Info Systems Private Limited Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years Salary: Upto ₹25,000 per month (In-hand) Job Summary: The Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing stock operations, conducting audits, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely material receipt and dispatch. The role involves coordinating with procurement and logistics teams, analyzing stock data, optimizing warehouse space, and implementing best practices to ensure smooth and efficient inventory control. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and monitor daily inventory operations and maintain accurate stock records. Ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials as per company requirements. Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile physical stock with system records. Maintain inventory accuracy in Tally and Excel while preparing periodic stock and consumption reports. Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams for timely material replenishment. Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and plan effective utilization. Maintain documentation for inward/outward materials and ensure smooth coordination with accounts. Optimize warehouse space and maintain hygiene and safety standards. Analyze stock data to minimize losses, wastage, and overstocking. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Inventory Management Systems Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Reports) Working knowledge of Tally ERP or similar software Excellent analytical, planning, and coordination skills Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Good communication and team management skills Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or related field Additional certification in Inventory / Logistics / Supply Chain will be an added advantage Benefits: Fixed monthly salary ₹25,000 (in-hand) Professional and growth-oriented work environment Exposure to procurement, packaging, and supply chain operations How to Apply: "Interested candidates can share their updated resume with the HR Team."
