Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Engage with
U.S. customers
through outbound/inbound calls to promote and sell products or services.
Deliver compelling
sales presentations
and close deals with confidence.
Maintain accurate
call logs, lead status, and CRM updates
daily.
Meet and exceed assigned
sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
.
Handle objections and convert prospects into paying customers through persuasive communication.
Collaborate with team members to optimize sales scripts, campaigns, and closing strategies.
Ensure
professionalism and compliance
with U.S. communication standards on every call.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Excellent
verbal communication
with a
neutral U.S. accent
.
Prior experience in
U.S. Voice Process / International Sales / Telesales
preferred.
Strong
negotiation, persuasion, and closing
abilities.
Confident, energetic, and
target-driven
personality.
Comfortable working in
night shifts (U.S. time zones)
.
Proficient in
CRM or dialer tools
and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Minimum qualification:
Graduate or equivalent.
Immediate joiners preferred.
