Job Description

To strengthen our international presence, we are seeking a highly driven and strategic International Sales Professional who can expand our global footprint, build long-term partnerships, and drive consistent growth across international territories.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute international sales and market entry strategies to achieve global revenue targets.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors, importers, and retail partners in key international markets.
  • Manage and strengthen existing client relationships through proactive communication, regular business reviews, and ongoing support.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and product positioning.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and trade terms aligned with company goals and market competitiveness.
  • Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote the company's brand and products.
  • Oversee export documentation, logistics, coordination, and regulatory compliance for all shipments.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide insights to management for strategic planning.
Qualifications & Experiences:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience in International sales/Export business within the industry.
  • Proven success in managing international accounts and sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of export documentation, global logistics, and trade compliance.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and international skills.
