As the International Sales Head at our company, you will be responsible for leading global business development and revenue generation initiatives for our accounting, finance, and related service offerings. Your role will involve developing and executing international sales strategies, managing key client relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving business growth across target regions such as North America, Europe, Middle East, and APAC. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement global sales strategies aligned with company goals. - Identify and prioritize international markets for expansion. - Set and achieve sales and revenue targets across multiple regions. - Lead cross-border sales operations, partnerships, and alliances. - Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and referrals. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with international clients. - Represent the company at global trade fairs, business summits, and virtual events. - Maintain strong relationships with key international clients and stakeholders. - Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships through proactive engagement. - Collaborate with operations and service delivery teams to meet client expectations. - Build, train, and manage an international sales and business development team. - Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability. - Mentor and motivate the team for high performance and continuous improvement. - Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. - Provide insights to leadership for product/service enhancements and positioning. - Monitor international compliance, taxation, and financial regulations impacting business development. **Key Performance Areas (KRAs):** - Achievement of global sales targets and revenue growth. - Expansion into new international markets. - Client retention and satisfaction scores. - Number of strategic partnerships and accounts acquired. - Sales team performance and productivity metrics. **Qualifications & Experience:** - MBA or equivalent degree in Sales, Marketing, International Business, or Finance. - 10-15 years of experience in international sales or business development, preferably in accounting, finance, outsourcing, or professional services. - Proven track record in B2B sales and managing international clients. - Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting outsourcing, and global compliance. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Willingness to travel internationally as required. **Preferred Competencies:** - Strategic thinking and global business acumen. - Strong client orientation and relationship management skills. - Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset. - Cross-cultural communication and adaptability. - Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
