Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and explore new markets, distributors, and channel partners.
Manage and grow relationships with existing international clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms with global customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and business forums.
Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Logistics, Finance) to ensure smooth order execution.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and international trade policies.
Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of international sales, exports, and global trade practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage cross-border relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and export documentation software.
Willingness to travel extensively internationally.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in B2B international sales (manufacturing, engineering products, industrial equipment, or similar industries).
Knowledge of export procedures, incoterms, and global trade compliance.
Prior experience in managing distributors/agents overseas.
Multi-language proficiency will be an added advantage.
