Job Summary: We are looking for an ambitious and technically sound International Sales Manager with experience in selling wire and cable products to OEM clients across global markets . The ideal candidate will drive international business development, manage key OEM accounts, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth export operations and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage international OEM clients in regions such as the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, or Latin America. Identify and open new markets and distributors/partners in target geographies. Build strong business relationships with foreign OEM clients, contractors, and government buyers. Handle inquiries, prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close international sales deals. Coordinate with production, logistics, documentation, and finance for smooth execution of export orders. Stay updated with international standards and certifications (IEC, BS, UL, CE, RoHS, etc.) relevant to wire and cable exports. Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation (LCs, shipping, customs, INCOTERMS). Participate in global trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B buyer-seller meets. Analyze sales trends, competitor activity, and pricing to develop market strategies. Key Skills Required: Knowledge of international trade practices, INCOTERMS, and export documentation Experience in handling OEM accounts in global markets Strong product knowledge of LV/MV industrial cables, control cables, and special application wires Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions and tender processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and export order tracking systems Flexibility to travel internationally for client meetings and exhibitions Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) or Science background; MBA in International Business / Marketing is preferred 4- 5 years of relevant experience in international sales of industrial products
