As a Sr. Business Development Executive at Gsource Technologies, you will play a crucial role in conducting comprehensive market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Utilize the company's CRM system efficiently to work on assigned leads daily, ensuring 100% productivity on all tasks set by the reporting manager. Your responsibilities will include actively seeking out new sales opportunities through strategic approaches such as cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms. You will set up and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their wishes and concerns, building strong relationships from the outset. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on Gsource Technologies" products and services, showcasing their value proposition to potential clients. Create regular reviews and reports, analyzing sales and financial data to track performance against targets. Negotiate and close deals with clients, addressing any complaints or objections to ensure a smooth customer experience. Collaborate effectively with the internal team to align strategies and achieve better results collectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation within the Architecture, Construction, Geospatial, Structural, and BIM industries. You should possess excellent proficiency in spoken and written English, strong knowledge of emails, etiquettes, and US-specific cultural understanding. Requirements for this role include 5-9 years of experience in sales executive or a relevant role, thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques, fast learning speed, a passion for sales, self-motivation with a results-driven approach, aptitude in delivering attractive presentations, and a minimum graduation degree.
