Sales Executive – International Business Development

Location: Ludhiana

About Us

We are a growing consulting and workforce solutions company based in India dedicated to providing high-quality remote employees and staffing solutions to international companies. As part of our global expansion, we are establishing strong business connections abroad.

To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Executive who can help establish new business relationships, generate leads, and close international contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new international business opportunities across international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, decision-makers, and HR leadership teams.
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, online meetings, LinkedIn, and other networking channels.
  • Present and pitch our remote workforce solutions to prospective companies.
  • Understand client staffing needs and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and results using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company professionally in international markets and virtual events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or international client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the staffing industry, outsourcing, recruitment, or remote work models (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently, manage targets, and drive results.
  • Comfortable communicating with international clients and working across time zones.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and CRM systems is an advantage.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
