Our product line includes camshafts, crankshafts, gearboxes, flywheels, clutch assemblies, and other precision-engineered parts for global markets. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Sales Executive (Export Sales) to expand our international customer base and drive sales in key markets including Italy, Russia, Germany, the United States, and France. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in automotive or industrial machinery sectors, with proven skills in lead generation and international client management. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate qualified leads in international markets. Develop strong business relationships with foreign clients, distributors, and procurement teams. Present product offerings professionally and confidently to international buyers. Convert leads into long-term business opportunities and achieve consistent sales growth. Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities. Maintain communication with potential clients via email, calls, virtual meetings, and trade platforms. Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and monthly targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Requirements MBA in Marketing or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, export sales, or industrial/automotive components. Strong understanding of international trade, export documentation, and global sales processes. Excellent spoken and written English; additional foreign language skills are a plus. Demonstrated ability in lead generation and closing high-value deals. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
