Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gandhinagar for the role of International Sales Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new international market opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to expand global sales. The role entails conducting market research, negotiating contracts with overseas clients, and leading sales efforts to maximize revenue. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and adhering to ethical business practices are integral to this position. Regular reporting on sales performance and market trends will also be required.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in international sales, account management, client acquisition, and negotiation.
• Market Research and Strategy: Strong skills in market analysis, planning, and development of effective growth strategies.
• Communication and Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, or related industries is preferred.
• Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related fields. Multilingual proficiency and prior experience in handling global markets are advantageous.
