International Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities:

We are on the lookout for an experienced & highly motivated individual with ample exposure in international equity markets, mainly Australia.

The ideal candidate must have flair & dynamism to work independently while being able to quickly integrate into a team environment. A Graduate with proven ability of generating sales in a complex market & should be open to making over 200 calls a day!

Preferred candidate profile:

- 2-3 years of International outbound sales/debt collection, B2C or B2B work experience.

- Good understanding of financial markets

- Able to influence & negotiate with customers effectively.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently.

- Quick learner with a passion for sales

- Self-motivated individual who thrives under pressure.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.

- High levels of initiative, discipline & time management skills.

- Should be a mature individual with professional work ethics & accepts ownership/accountability.

- Critical thinker with problem solving skills & a team player.
