About the Role:

Looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual with exposure to international equity markets (preferred, but not mandatory). The ideal candidate will be self-driven, and capable of generating sales in a complex market.

Expected to make 150–200 calls/day and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive international B2C outbound sales (Australian process).

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Negotiate effectively and influence customer decisions.

• Work independently while being a collaborative team player.

Role Requirements

• 1–3 years of international outbound sales/collections (B2C) experience – US/UK/AU/Canada markets.

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

• Understanding of financial markets (preferred).

• Fast learner with a passion for sales.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work well under pressure.

• Strong time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Professional work ethics with a high degree of ownership.
