International Sales Manager

We are looking for international sales manager who develops and executes global sales strategies to drive revenue in foreign markets. Key responsibilities include managing international sales teams, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. This role also involves market analysis, sales forecasting, and collaborating with other departments to meet company objectives.

Core responsibilities

• Strategy development: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies for international markets to achieve revenue targets.
• Market penetration: Identify and evaluate new international markets and business opportunities for expansion.
• Team leadership: Manage, mentor, and lead international sales teams to achieve their quotas.
• Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key international clients and partners.
• Market analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Sales operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales activities, pricing, and ensuring smooth delivery of goods.
• Reporting and forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and local laws.
