UI AND UX DESIGNER FIGMA

Job Description

Responsibilities: Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs. Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e. g. usability, findability). Understand product specifications and user psychology. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look. Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback. Create personas through user research and data. Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success. Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs. Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers. Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends. Required Skills: Figma Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Figma and its features, including prototyping, component libraries, and collaboration tools. UI/UX Design: Understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles. Visual Design: Skills in visual communication, including color theory, typography, and layout. Wireframing and Prototyping: Ability to create wireframes and interactive prototypes to test design ideas. User Research: Ability to conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions. Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve design problems effectively. Responsive Design: Familiarity with responsive design principles for different devices and screen sizes.
