International Sales Manager – Franchise & Investment Exhibitions (Mid-Level IC Role)

The International Franchise Exhibition connects global franchise brands with investors and business partners in India and at our overseas edition in London. As International Sales Manager, you will drive participation and sponsorship sales from international franchisors, licensing groups, and master franchise networks. This is a global business development role requiring strategic outreach, cross-border sales acumen, and relationship-building with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard international exhibitors and sponsors for franchise and investment events.
  • Build strategic relationships with global franchise brands, consulting groups, and trade bodies.
  • Sell participation for India-based exhibitions as well as the London edition.
  • Manage international outreach via email, LinkedIn, and virtual calls; attend global franchise forums where relevant.
  • Develop customized proposals, pricing packages, and follow-up strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams for international promotions.
  • Maintain structured sales pipelines, reports, and forecasts.
Requirements:
  • 4–7 years of international B2B or exhibition sales experience; franchising or trade events preferred.
  • Strong global outreach skills with experience in handling overseas clients.
  • Excellent communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in different time zones and managing remote client relationships.
  • Independent, ambitious, and motivated to achieve international revenue targets.
