Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore for a General Manager Human Resources. The General Manager HR will oversee HR management, develop and implement HR policies, handle employee relations, and manage human resource development. The GM HR will lead HR initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and work closely with leadership to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) management and HR Policies
• Knowledge in Human Resource Development and Employee Relations
• Proven experience in HR Management and Human Resources
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore
