International Sales Executive

Role Overview: You will be working as an International Sales (Female) - Assistant Manager at a company in Anna Nagar, Madurai. Your main responsibility will be to collaborate with the Director of Sales to create and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals and expand market share. This will involve overseeing daily sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and client follow-up, as well as assisting in identifying new business opportunities and customer trends to drive growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily sales operations such as lead generation, prospecting, and client follow-up - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify areas for growth and improvement - Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management - Collaborate with other departments like marketing and product development to align sales strategies with overall business objectives Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development - Solid understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and processes - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to analyze sales data and market trends Additional Details: You should have demonstrated leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating and managing a team.
