International Sales Executive

Role Description

• Coordinating regularly and effectively with all Export customers regarding their Orders
• Processing Purchase Order and preparing Order Acceptance in ERP
• Coordinating with Production team on regular basis
• Ensure all Export Orders are processed on time
• Ensure all Export customers receive Order Acceptance consisting of complete product, commercial, project & shipping information.
• Keep track of Export shipping plan and ensure orders are shipped on time
• Ensure customer requirements and understood and communicate internally
• Send quotations to customers
• Expedite urgent and critical orders internally
• Coordinate and work together with logistics group for smooth shipping of orders
• Coordinate and work together with purchase department for Imported & trading products
• Address customer complaints effectively
• Review LC’S & Contracts

Qualifications

• International Sales and International Business skills
• Customer Service and Account Management experience
• Proven ability in Sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field
• Experience in the fire safety industry is a plus
