Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end export operations from order processing to final delivery.
Prepare, verify, and process shipping and customs documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bill of lading).
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to ensure timely shipment.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export laws, and company policies.
Communicate and follow up with international clients and internal stakeholders regarding shipments, order status, and delivery schedules.
Maintain records of export transactions and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Liaise with finance department for payment terms, letters of credit, and export incentives.
Monitor and report on export sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Resolve shipment or documentation issues efficiently.
Stay up to date with changes in international trade laws, tariffs, and country-specific requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
