Job Title: International Loan Sales Executive Location: Ahmedabad Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Sales Manager Experience: 2–5 years in financial services (international sales preferred)(fresher can Apply) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Loan Sales Executive to drive loan product sales across global markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of international lending, cross-border compliance, and a passion for client acquisition and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients in international markets for personal, business, or commercial loan products Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound calls, emails, and networking Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment terms, and required documentation to international clients Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams to facilitate timely loan processing Ensure compliance with local and international lending regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) policies Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Provide after-sales support and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to improve product positioning Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in loan sales, preferably with international clients Knowledge of banking/lending processes, KYC norms, and cross-border documentation Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite Willingness to work in night shift Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in international personal or business loan sales Understanding of international credit scoring and risk assessment Salary & Benefits: Base Salary: 18K to 25k+ incentive Incentives/Commission: Performance-based
