International IT Operations Manager

.We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead and manage global IT operations from India, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology services across multiple countries. This role involves strategic planning, infrastructure oversight, and operational excellence to support international offices. You will mentor and lead geographically dispersed teams, optimize IT workflows, and ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to risk management and operational efficiency. Accountabilities
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with global business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of IT professionals across multiple countries
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and telecommunications systems
- Streamline IT support processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, implementing robust cybersecurity measures
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service level agreements
- Develop and manage budgets for international IT operations
- Identify and mitigate IT risks, including data breaches, system failures, and business continuity challenges
- Provide Tier 3/4 support for complex infrastructure and security incidents
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT infrastructure and support processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing IT operations in a multinational or global environment
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate geographically dispersed teams
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity best practices, and emerging technologies
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), IaaS, SaaS, and network infrastructure
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, or equivalent) are a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, international environment
