Job Description

Hiring Customer Support Associate (Fresher & Experienced)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide

    world-class customer support

    through chat, email, or voice channels for a variety of clients.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Work on

    multiple processes

    including back-office operations, backend processing, and CSR activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve targets and goals.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fluency in English

    with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in

    night & rotational shifts

    and adhering to a work-from-office model.
  • Must possess

    valid government ID proofs

    (Aadhar Card and PAN Card) and all educational certificates/marksheets.
  • Candidates must reside within a

    25-30 km radius

    of the office location.

  • Immediate joiners

    are highly preferred.
  • Walk-in interviews are mandatory.
