Roles and Responsibility

Handle international collections from clients across various industries.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies to meet business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to resolve outstanding issues.
Conduct thorough research to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow.
Analyze data to provide insights for process improvements and optimize results.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in international collections or a related field.
Strong knowledge of BPM/BPO industry trends and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Human Before Resource principles and practices is an added advantage.
