Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Handle international collections from clients across various industries.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies to meet business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with collections.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Analyze collection data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of international collections and recovery processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
