Job Title:

Department: Inductus Global (Inductus Limited's Import–Export Division)

Location: Noida, Sector 2


🎯 Role Objective:

To lead and expand the international business operations of Inductus Global by developing new export markets, managing overseas clients and suppliers, and ensuring smooth execution of export sales, shipments, and compliance.


📦 Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. International Business Development

  • Identify potential buyers, importers, and distributors across target countries.
  • Expand the company’s global trading network by developing new export markets.
  • Conduct market research to understand pricing trends, competitors, and product demand.

2. Sales & Negotiation

  • Generate and convert export leads into long-term business opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms (LC, TT, etc.), and shipping arrangements with overseas clients.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and customer satisfaction.

3. Order Execution & Coordination

  • Coordinate with sourcing, logistics, and finance teams to fulfill export orders on time.
  • Handle purchase orders, proforma invoices, and contract confirmations.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers.

4. Export Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and verify export documents (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade policies, and customs requirements.
  • Work with CHA and shipping agents to manage export shipments.

5. Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Track sales performance and submit regular business reports to management.
  • Monitor payment collections and maintain records of export transactions.
  • Stay updated on global market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning.

6. Client Relationship & Brand Representation

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with international buyers and partners.
  • Represent the company in global exhibitions, trade fairs, and virtual meetings.
  • Promote the company’s product portfolio to enhance brand presence globally.


🧩 Required Skills & Competencies

·        Strong understanding of international trade, export procedures, and documentation.

·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·        Knowledge of trade finance (LCs, TT payments, etc.) and incoterms.

·        Analytical and market research abilities.

·        Relationship-building and cross-cultural communication skills.

·        Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and export portals.


🎓 Qualification & Experience

·        Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business, Commerce, or MBA (preferred).

·        2+ years of experience in Export Sales, preferably in diversified product categories (Agri, FMCG).

·        Proven track record in developing and managing export clients.
