Roles & Responsibilities:

Driving offshore AUM growth across multiple jurisdictions by engaging with NRI investors, international wealth managers, family offices, and institutional channels.

Onboarding and managing global distribution partners — including private banks, RIAs, EAMs, and investment consultants.

Leading international sales efforts through roadshows, webinars, and bespoke investment events in key markets.

Ensuring full regulatory compliance across geographies (SEBI, MAS, DFSA, FCA, etc.).

Collaborating closely with our investment and marketing teams to tailor content and offerings for diverse international investor segments.

Leveraging investor feedback and market intelligence to guide product development and strategy.

Maintaining detailed sales MIS, pipeline visibility, and investor documentation to ensure seamless execution.

Representing the firm at top-tier industry forums, summits, and global client engagements

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Economics or related fields (MBA/CFA preferred).
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in wealth management, asset management, or investment product sales – with a focus on alternates (AIFs, PMS, hedge funds, PE, or structured products).
• Demonstrated success in managing HNI/UHNI/NRI client relationships and raising offshore capital.
• Deep understanding of global investment regulations, offshore fund structures, and international taxation (FEMA, FATCA, etc.).
• Existing network of NRI clients, international family offices, and global wealth platforms preferred.
• Excellent communication, cross-cultural negotiation, and client engagement skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across international markets

Certifications (as applicable)

• NISM Series XXI-A (PMS Distributors Certification) – Mandatory under SEBI for PMS distribution.
• Additional certifications (e.g., CISI, CFP, CFA, or equivalent) preferred for international credibility.
