Role Highlights:

• Promote Zen’s defence solutions (especially counter-drone systems) in international markets
• Drive government and defence customer engagement across global regions
• Collaborate with Indian Defence Attachés, foreign delegations & embassies
• Represent Zen at global trade shows, forums (SIDM, FICCI, DDP, etc.)
• Execute high-value contracts, negotiations, and end-to-end export operations
• Lead competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and international regulatory compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• 8–12 years in international BD, defence sales, or exports
• Experience in high-tech defence or manufacturing sector (preferably counter-drone)
• Proven global business strategy execution and government liaison skills
• Strong stakeholder relationship management with DAs, MoDs, OEMs
• MBA/PGDM (Marketing/International Business) preferred
