About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic International Business Development Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in the essential oils and oleoresins industry. If you have a strong background in international sales, market development, and global client management—this could be your next big opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Drive international sales growth and acquire new clients across global markets.
• Manage and nurture existing accounts to build long-term partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities in untapped regions and industries.
• Attend global trade shows, industry events, and B2B meetings (e.g., IFEAT).
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to tailor product solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and export compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of international sales experience in essential oils/oleoresins.
• In-depth understanding of export operations and documentation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Vadavucode, Kerala.
