Ltd., 13/276 B, Pancode PO, Vadavucode, Ernakulam Dist., Kerala, India โ 682310 About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Executive to join our growing team at Ecospice Ingredients Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have relevant QA experience in the food industry, especially in spices, with a strong understanding of food safety systems and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Oversee quality assurance systems and ensure compliance across production units Prepare and maintain documentation in line with FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP standards Draft SOPs, manuals, and quality reports; conduct internal audits Coordinate food safety audits and assist in certification processes Liaise with production, procurement, and R&D to ensure quality goals are met Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and food safety culture Candidate Requirements: Education: M.Sc. Chemistry / B.Tech or M.Tech in Food Technology Experience: 2โ5 years in a QA role within the food industry (spice industry experience preferred) Strong knowledge of FSSC, ISO, GMP, HACCP systems and documentation practices Audit preparation and hands-on internal audit experience Job Types: Full-time, Internship Pay: โน180,000.00 - โน300,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Work Location: In person
