About the Role We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic International Business Development Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in the essential oils and oleoresins industry . If you have a strong background in international sales, market development, and global client management—this could be your next big opportunity. What You’ll Do Drive international sales growth and acquire new clients across global markets. Manage and nurture existing accounts to build long-term partnerships. Identify and pursue new opportunities in untapped regions and industries. Attend global trade shows, industry events, and B2B meetings (e.g., IFEAT). Collaborate with R&D and production teams to tailor product solutions. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and ensure efficient order fulfillment. Monitor market trends, competition, and export compliance. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of international sales experience in essential oils/oleoresins . In-depth understanding of export operations and documentation. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability and willingness to travel internationally . Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field. Must be located in or willing to relocate to Vadavucode, Kerala .
