Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated International Business Development Executive for our offices in Bhopal and Mumbai Suburban. As a fresher, you will play a crucial role in expanding our international markets. This full-time role requires minimal prior experience and offers unique growth opportunities within our company. You will develop your skills in international sales and support brand promotion efforts, with potential travel to target markets.


Qualifications and Skills

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is typically preferred for an International Business Development role.
  • Strong international sales acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive sales in diverse markets.
  • Proven competence in lead generation and the ability to nurture potential leads into successful business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in cold calling, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with potential overseas clients.
  • Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively represent the company's brand.
  • Understanding of brand promotion strategies to enhance the company's visibility and reach in international markets.
  • Strong communication skills that facilitate clear and effective interaction with international clients and team members.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the fast-paced nature of international business along with a keen interest in learning and growth.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies to penetrate international markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and establish new international locations for business development.
  • Engage in lead generation through various channels including cold calling, networking, and digital media.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and potential business partners internationally.
  • Assist in planning and executing brand promotion activities to grow the firm's international brand presence.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to international clients to communicate the benefits and values of our products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry trends and competitive landscape within the FMCG sector.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to international clients.
