Role Overview

dynamic and ambitious International Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential international clients through market intelligence, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Initiate

  outreach via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and networking

  .
• Present Kology’s services and value proposition to decision-makers (C-level executives, Directors, and Sales Leaders).
• Build and nurture

  long-term client relationships

  .
• Generate

  qualified leads and opportunities

  to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Track business development activities and maintain detailed reports in CRM.
• Stay updated with

  global sales trends, industry insights, and competitor activities

  .

Requirements

• Proven experience as a

  Business Development Executive / International Sales Executive

  (B2B preferred).
• Excellent

  English communication and presentation skills

  .
• Strong ability to

  network, negotiate, and close deals

  .
• Familiarity with

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email automation

  .
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with international clients in different time zones.
• Target-oriented mindset with a passion for business growth.
