International Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
• Discover, assess, and prioritize new business avenues and markets in the LATAM pharmaceutical landscape.• Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, regulators, and other key partners.• Lead negotiations, oversee contract processes, and maintain compliance with regional regulations.• Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategy.• Coordinate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure successful market entry and sustained expansion.• Drive achievement of sales and business development goals for the region.• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build connections and stay industry-informed.Qualifications & Requirements• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.• 1-2 years of experience in international business development, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector and LATAM region.• Thorough knowledge of LATAM pharmaceutical regulations, market dynamics, and cultural context.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.• Fluency in English.• Willingness to travel across the LATAM region as needed.• Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic international environment
