Key Responsibilities • Discover, assess, and prioritize new business avenues and markets in the LATAM pharmaceutical landscape. • Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, regulators, and other key partners. • Lead negotiations, oversee contract processes, and maintain compliance with regional regulations. • Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategy. • Coordinate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure successful market entry and sustained expansion. • Drive achievement of sales and business development goals for the region. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build connections and stay industry-informed. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in international business development, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector and LATAM region. • Thorough knowledge of LATAM pharmaceutical regulations, market dynamics, and cultural context. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. • Fluency in English. • Willingness to travel across the LATAM region as needed. • Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic international environment
